A New Year. A New Board. A New Website.
On January 28, 2020, members of the HFCA came together to get to work on planning the 2020 agenda of fun community events and other works coordinated through the efforts of the association.
The first order of business was the election of officers for 2020:
Pam Longley, President
Jerry Sheehan, Vice President
Bobbi Esmark, Treasurer
Melissa Lampkin, Secretary
The officers are dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community for all residents and businesses. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us through the Contact section of our new website or by emailing directly to email@example.com.
The association members agreed on calendar dates/times for 2020 HFCA events. These can now be easily accessed through the Events/RSVP menu on our new website. In addition, reservations and ticket sales for events can now be made directly through the Events/RSVP menu. If you experience any difficulties or are unable to make a reservation through the site, please let us know and we will accommodate you with your reservation.
We are looking forward to a great year and hope you will join us in supporting our beautiful home of High Falls....and having alot of fun while doing it! We offer three types of membership: Friend ($15), Family ($25) and Business ($40). The membership form is easily accessed through the Membership section on our new website. Membership fees are the major source of funding that allow the HFCA to produce the wonderful events throughout the year that enhance our quality of life in High Falls. Please consider a membership with us....it really is alot of fun and a great way to get to know, and make friends with, your fellow High Fallonians.
Please spend some time looking at our new website. It has some very neat features, including a Resources menu that includes three sections containing:
1. PAST : High Falls historical information and photographs (we are planning to include issues of the famed/infamous magazine, The High Fallonian for your reading and reminiscing pleasure);
2. PRESENT: Current events and news about what is happening in and around High Falls together with a directory of HFCA member businesses who so generously support the HFCA; and
3, FUTURE : Future plans and/or business that may impact High Falls and its residents.
We hope the information provided proves interesting, informative and fun.
Finally, please mark your calendars: unless otherwise rescheduled, HFCA Meetings are held monthly on the third Monday at 6:00pm in The High Falls Deli, 10 Old Route 213, High Falls. All are welcomed and encouraged to come join us and have some fun supporting High Falls.
